Meet the Counsellor

IKNOOR KAUR KOHLI | Counselling Psychologist MA in Psychology | 4+ Years of Experience

I am a counselling psychologist with a master's degree in psychology. My journey into psychology began with a simple belief: “No one should have to carry their heaviest burdens in silence.”

I believe counselling begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. My role is not to judge your experiences or tell you how you should feel. Instead, I aim to walk alongside you as you explore your emotions, understand your patterns, and find ways forward that feel meaningful to you.

I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and caregivers by creating a space where you can speak honestly, feel accepted, and gradually develop healthier coping strategies, emotional awareness and resilience.
